Great talking with you! Agreed on the need for this tool -- staying in touch with people and tickler files is tough. Salesforce.com has an auto-check-in kind of tool, which is nice, it's a little bulky for just this task.

    Hi Charles,

We have a 'customer activity log' feature at yoxel.com. It is really designed for a team of support people/sales to log their interactions but will probably work fine for your indivudual needs.

You can try it in our demo accoutns at www.yoxel.com. 'customers/customer activity' section.

    Cheers,
    Alexey
